  • What are the working hours?

    The Outlet Store accepts orders every day of the week.


    Our office is open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.


    Outside of these hours, we are unable to react to messages, but we will do our best to answer your question as soon as we return.

  • How long will it take to ship?

    On Average, the lot will be ready for collection 1-2 weeks after receiving payment. Our team will notify you 48 hours in advance to arrange collection.

  • What can I do if my order hasn't arrived yet?

    We sell Ex-Works. Contact your transport company.

  • What forms of payment do we accept?
