What exactly are graded goods?

With graded appliances, you still enjoy impressive choice and you will discover models from the world’s leading brands. Our range is constantly changing and we may only have one example of the appliance you like available at a discounted price.

Graded appliances can be brand new models which have been returned to the supplier or manufacturer. There are a number of reasons why this may have happened. However, the most common of these is that an appliance features a small cosmetic imperfection.

Explaining Refurbishment Grades:

  • 'Condition/Grade' ratings for each product line are listed.
  • The price will reflect the corresponding rating.
  • All condition grades and descriptions stated below:
  • Sealed box, new (This denotes that the item is brand-new, unused, and unopened)

Grade A

If nothing else is specified, this implies the item is packed "as new," unused/unworn, and free of any markings or scratches. Every accessory will be provided.

Grade B

This denotes that the product Quality as new – may have very slight cosmetic damage such as very small light scratches, slight discolouration or slight staining.

Grade C

Vergin customer & warranty returns, Items will show signs of everyday use and will be mostly faulty but not BER and would require repairs/refurbishment. We do not check or test any items before selling as we mainly sell on behalf of our suppliers who grade the stock themselves.
